HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 1123

STATE OF NEW MEXICO

45TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2002

REQUESTED BY Ben Lujan

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN SANTA FE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to design and construct improvements to county road 74 in Tesuque in Santa Fe county;

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to design and construct improvements to county road 88 in La Puebla in Santa Fe county; and

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to plan, design and construct improvements to Arroyo Seco circle county road 86 in Santa Fe county; and

• to the office of the state engineer

one hundred seventeen thousand five hundred dollars ($117,500) to construct a water detention basin in La Puebla in Santa Fe county.
