FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS TO THE HEIGHTS COMMUNITY CENTER IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to make improvements to the Heights community center in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county; and

thirty-five thousand dollars ($35,000) to purchase a van for the Heights community center in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
