FOR POLICE AND PUBLIC SAFETY TRAINING FACILITIES AT NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico state university

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to construct police and public safety training facilities at New Mexico state university in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
