FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE UPPER LA PLATA WATER USERS ASSOCIATION IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) to engineer, plan, design and construct improvements, including water line extensions, for the upper La Plata water users association in San Juan county.
