FOR PHASE 3 CONSTRUCTION OF THE RECREATION CENTER IN THOREAU IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) for phase 3 construction of the recreation center in Thoreau in McKinley county.
