FOR A SENIOR CENTER IN TORREON IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state agency on aging

one hundred twenty thousand dollars ($120,000) to plan, design and construct a senior center in the community of Torreon in McKinley county.
