FOR UPGRADING THE FACILITIES AND FIELDS OF THE THUNDERBIRD LITTLE LEAGUE IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one million dollars ($1,000,000) to upgrade the facilities and fields of the Thunderbird little league in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
