FOR A BUILDING FOR THE HEALTH SCIENCES CENTER AT THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico

five million dollars ($5,000,000) to construct a building to house the school of medicine, the school of pharmacy and the college of nursing at the health sciences center at the university of New Mexico in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
