FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS TO THE RIO GRANDE ALCOHOLISM TREATMENT PROGRAM HEALTH FACILITY IN CLEVELAND IN MORA COUNTY

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of health

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to make improvements, including repairing the roof and septic system, to the Rio Grande alcoholism treatment program health facility in Cleveland in Mora county.
