FOR PURCHASING A BUILDING FOR THE COMMUNITY CENTER IN ROWE IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) to purchase a building for the community center in Rowe in San Miguel county.
