FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN CIBOLA, MCKINLEY AND SAN JUAN COUNTIES.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) for water system improvements, including installing a water storage tank, an additional well and transmission lines, for the Bluewater Acres domestic water users association in Cibola county;

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) for phase 2 improvements to the wastewater treatment plant in Ramah in McKinley county;

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) for improvements to the wastewater system, including assessments and construction, in the Williams Acres sanitation district in McKinley county;

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to purchase and install an elevated water storage tank in Bloomfield in San Juan county;

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to repair and replace water and sewer lines in Milan in Cibola county;

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) for improvements to the sewer system in the Cebolleta land grant in Cibola county;

one hundred ninety-five thousand dollars ($195,000) for water system improvements for the Bibo water association in Cibola county; and

two hundred three thousand dollars ($203,000) for water system improvements for the Seboyeta water association in Cibola county; and

• to the office of the state engineer

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to acquire water rights for the San Rafael water and sanitation district in Cibola county.
