FOR PURCHASING WATER RIGHTS FOR THE GALLUP-NAVAJO WATER SUPPLY PROJECT IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the office of the state engineer

one million five hundred thousand dollars ($1,500,000) for engineering and the purchase of water rights for the Gallup-Navajo water supply project in McKinley county.
