FOR A POLICE SUBSTATION IN THE ROCK SPRINGS CHAPTER IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to plan, design and construct a police substation in the Rock Springs chapter in McKinley county.
