FOR DESIGNING AND CONSTRUCTING BATHROOM FACILITIES AND A CONCESSION AREA AT THE PUBLIC SHOOTING RANGE IN CARLSBAD IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($275,000) to design and construct bathroom facilities and a concession area at the public shooting range in Carlsbad in Eddy county.
