FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE CARLSBAD SOIL AND WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT FACILITY IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico state university

two hundred seventy thousand dollars ($270,000) to make improvements to the Carlsbad soil and water conservation district facility, including compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, in Eddy county.
