FOR FLOOD CONTROL RENOVATION IN THE CARLSBAD SOIL AND WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico state university

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for flood control renovation in the Hackberry draw watershed district in the Carlsbad soil and water conservation district in Eddy county.
