FOR RENOVATING THE HEATING, VENTILATION AND AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM AT PATE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL SCHOOL DISTRICT IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

two hundred twenty thousand dollars ($220,000) to renovate the heating, ventilation and air conditioning system at Pate elementary school in the Carlsbad municipal school district in Eddy county.
