FOR PHASE 3 CONSTRUCTION OF THE EFFLUENT REUSE PROJECT IN CARLSBAD IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) for phase 3 construction of the effluent reuse project in Carlsbad in Eddy county.
