FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE BEACH AND OFF-STREET PARKING LOTS ON THE WEST SHORE OF THE PECOS RIVER IN CARLSBAD IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to make improvements to the beach and off-street parking lots on the west shore of the Pecos river in Carlsbad in Eddy county.
