FOR IMPROVEMENTS, INCLUDING REPLACEMENT OF PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT AND INSTALLATION OF PICNIC TABLES, TO CITY PARKS IN CARLSBAD IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) to make improvements, including replacement of playground equipment and installation of picnic tables, to city parks in Carlsbad in Eddy county.
