FOR STREET IMPROVEMENTS IN CARLSBAD IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to make street improvements in Carlsbad in Eddy county.
