FOR CONSTRUCTING A FACILITY FOR THE REHABILITATION OF INDIVIDUALS WITH SEVERE MENTAL ILLNESS IN CARLSBAD IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to construct a facility to serve the economic, social and medical rehabilitation needs of individuals with severe mental illness in Carlsbad in Eddy county.
