MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE FOURTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT ATTORNEY FOR A VICTIM'S ADVOCATE.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Thirty-five thousand four hundred dollars ($35,400) is appropriated from the general fund to the fourth judicial district attorney for expenditure in fiscal year 2003 to provide a salary and benefits for a victim's advocate. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2003 shall revert to the general fund.
