MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT TO OPERATE THE LA SEMILLA WASTEWATER TRAINING CENTER IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Five hundred thirty thousand dollars ($530,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the department of environment for expenditure in fiscal year 2003 to operate the La Semilla wastewater training center in Bernalillo county. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2003 shall revert to the general fund.
