MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE OFFICE OF CULTURAL AFFAIRS FOR FUNDING THE FIESTA DE SAN YSIDRO IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Ten thousand dollars ($10,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the office of cultural affairs for expenditure in fiscal year 2003 for the purpose of supporting the fiesta de San Ysidro in Dona Ana county. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2003 shall revert to the general fund. .140084.1
