Your EDUCATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, lines 19 and 20, strike "career, technical and adult services division of the state department of public education" and insert in lieu thereof "department of finance and administration".

2. On page 1, lines 23 and 24, strike "that will lead to a two-year post-secondary degree or certificate".

3. On page 1, line 23, after "of" insert "kindergarten through sixteen school- and work-based".

4. On page 2, strike all of lines 18 and 19 up to the period and insert in lieu thereof "school-to-work advisory council".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
