1. On page 2, line 24, after "one" strike "and three" and insert in lieu thereof ", two, three and six".

2. On page 3, line 1, strike "judges" and insert in lieu thereof "judge".

3. On page 3, line 1, strike "divisions two," and insert in lieu thereof "division", and strike "and six".

4. On page 3, line 2, strike "their" and insert in lieu thereof "his" and strike "offices" and insert in lieu thereof "office".,
