has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 14, line 13, strike "the" and insert in lieu thereof "applicable".

2. On page 14, line 19, after "party" strike the remainder of the line, strike line 20 and strike line 21 through "of " and insert in lieu thereof "that is not the permittee, but may be a parent company or an owner of a controlling".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
