SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number _1_____ to SENATE BILL 221

Amendment sponsored by Senator Allen V. Hurt

1. On page 3, line 24, after the first occurrence of "a" insert "class B" and after "that" insert a colon and the paragraph designation "(1)".

2. On page 4, line 3, strike the period and insert in lieu thereof "; and" and the following paragraph:

"(2) has a population of more than one hundred thousand but less than one hundred twenty-five thousand as shown by the most recent federal decennial census.".
