has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 19, strike "eight million dollars ($8,000,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "seven million dollars ($7,000,000)".

2. On page 3, lines 15 and 16, strike "one million seven hundred fifty thousand dollars ($1,750,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "two million seven hundred fifty thousand dollars ($2,750,000)".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
