has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO NOT PASS, but that

SENATE EDUCATION COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR

SENATE BILL 33

DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 13, insert a period after "1978" and strike the remainder of the line.

2. On page 4, lines 2 through 8, strike Section 2 in its entirety.

3. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.

4. On page 11, line 24, strike "Sections 1 and 2" and insert in lieu thereof "Section 1".

5. On page 11, line 25, strike "3" and insert in lieu thereof "2".,

and thence referred to FINANCE COMMITTEE.
