Your TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 413

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, lines 19 and 20, strike "taxation and revenue", and on line 20, after "department" insert "of finance and administration".

2. On page 1, line 21, strike "one-third" and insert in lieu thereof "one-sixth".

3. On page 2, line 1, strike "taxation and revenue" and after "department" insert "of finance and administration".

4. On page 2, line 8, strike "one-third" and insert in lieu thereof "one-sixth".

5. On page 2, line 13, strike "taxation and revenue".

6. On page 2, line 14, after "department" insert "of finance and administration".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
