Your APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 247

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, lines 12 and 13 strike "; MAKING AN APPROPRIATION".

2. On page 7, line 16 before "provide" insert "contingent upon the availability of funds,"

3. On page 13, line 10 strike "In" and insert in lieu thereof "Contingent upon the availability of funds, in".

4. On page 14, strike Section 7 in its entirety.

5. Renumber succeeding sections accordingly.
