Your FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 23, strike "one-fourth" and insert in lieu thereof "one-eighth".

2. On page 2, line 2, strike "one-fourth" and insert in lieu thereof "one-eighth".

3. On page 3, line 24, before the second occurrence of "county" insert "class A" and after "that" insert a colon and the paragraph designation "(1)".

4. On page 4, line 3, strike the period and quotation mark, insert in lieu thereof "; and" and between lines 3 and 4, insert the following paragraph:

"(2) has a population of more than one hundred thousand but less than one hundred twenty-five thousand as shown by the most recent federal decennial census."".
