Your TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 130

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 3, line 2, after "property" insert "subsequent to the change in ownership".

2. On page 6, line 10, after "time" strike the remainder of the line and insert in lieu thereof "a receipt of affidavit issued by the assessor and".

3. On page 6, line 13, after "submission" insert "to the assessor".

4. On page 7, line 5, strike "receipt of the affidavit" and insert in lieu thereof "presentation of the receipt of affidavit issued by the assessor and".

5. On page 7, line 6, after "clerk" strike the remainder of the line, strike all of lines 7 through 9 and line 10 through "compliance" and insert in lieu thereof "may accept for recording any deed, real estate contract or memorandum of real estate contract transferring or evidencing the transfer of any interest and shall also record the receipt of affidavit".
