has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. Page 1, line 12, strike "FOR THE ENTIRETY OF HIS NATURAL LIFE" and insert in lieu thereof "NOT TO EXCEED TEN YEARS".

2. Page 6, lines 11 and 12, strike "Unless the board orders otherwise, a" and insert in lieu thereof "A".

3. Page 6, line 13, strike "the entirety of the sex offender's natural life" and insert in lieu thereof "for a period not to exceed ten years".
