Your CONSERVATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 11, strike "LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR'S OFFICE" and insert in lieu thereof "NEW MEXICO LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL TO DIRECT THE APPROPRIATE COMMITTEE".

2. On page 1, line 23, strike "lieutenant governor's office" and insert in lieu thereof "New Mexico legislative council".

3. On page 1, line 24, after "requested" insert "to direct the appropriate committee".

4. On page 2, lines 6 and 7, strike "lieutenant governor's office" and insert "appropriate committee".

5. On page 2, line 11, strike "lieutenant governor's office" and insert in lieu thereof "New Mexico legislative council".
