Synopsis of Bill



House Concurrent Resolution 2 proposes to adopt a new joint rule that provides for automatic endorsement by interim committee members of interim committee bills, if such members have given the Legislative Council Service their permission to have their names printed on the legislation. The joint rule does not prohibit any member from affixing his/her signature to any legislation endorsed by an interim committee.
