FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
HB 795 appropriates $50.0 from the general fund to the Local Government Division of the Department of Finance and Administration. The appropriation is non-recurring and any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2002 shall revert to the general fund.
