FOR EXPANSION OF THE JUDICIAL COMPLEX IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA

COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the third judicial district court

five million dollars ($5,000,000) to plan, design and construct an addition to the judicial complex for a third judicial court for the district attorney and to add a fifth courtroom in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
