FOR THE AMPHITHEATER AT THE HISPANIC CULTURAL CENTER IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the office of cultural affairs

four million two hundred thousand dollars ($4,200,000) to plan, design, construct, equip and furnish an amphitheater at the Hispanic cultural center in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
