REQUESTED BY

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS FOR THE HELPING HANDS COMMUNITY CENTER IN MORA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to renovate the Helping Hands community center to meet the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 in Mora county;

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to renovate, equip and furnish the Helping Hands wood shop used to train welfare-to-work participants in Mora county; and

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to renovate, equip and furnish the kitchen at the Helping Hands community center in Mora county.
