REQUESTED BY

FOR A REAUTHORIZATION TO CHANGE THE PURPOSE OF A SEVERANCE TAX BOND APPROPRIATION FOR WATER RIGHTS ACQUISITION AND FOR DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE P.U. GALLEGOS MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

The proceeds from the sale of severance tax bonds appropriated to the department of environment

pursuant to Subsection OO of Section 8 of Chapter 23 of Laws 2000 (2nd S.S.) to upgrade the Sacatosa

water pump in San Miguel county shall not be expended for the original purpose but are reauthorized and

appropriated to the department of environment for water rights acquisition and for design and construction of water system improvements for the P.U. Gallegos mutual domestic water consumers association in San Miguel county.
