FOR A SMALL BUSINESS AND KITCHEN INCUBATION CENTER IN THE SOUTH VALLEY OF BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) for Bernalillo county to plan, design and construct a small business and kitchen incubation center in the south valley of Bernalillo county.
