REQUESTED BY

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AT THE LIBRARY IN CARLSBAD IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) to renovate the staff workroom, break room and director's office at the library in Carlsbad in Eddy county;

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to renovate the children's library in Carlsbad in Eddy county;

fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) to purchase tables and chairs for the adult department of the library in Carlsbad in Eddy county; and

sixty thousand dollars ($60,000) to purchase and install flooring for the library in Carlsbad in Eddy county.
