FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE VETERANS' MEMORIAL AT BATAAN PARK IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) for improvements to the veterans' memorial at Bataan park in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
