FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AT WESTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY IN GRANT

COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the board of regents of western New Mexico university

seven hundred thousand dollars ($700,000) for phase 3 of the construction of the athletic complex at western New Mexico university in Silver City in Grant county;

one million five hundred ninety-four thousand four hundred seventy-six dollars ($1,594,476) for the renovation and expansion of the Phelps Dodge and Martinez buildings at western New Mexico university in Silver City in Grant county; and

four million five hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($4,575,000) for infrastructure renovation and expansion at western New Mexico university in Silver City in Grant county.
