FOR WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS IN CALLE DE OESTE IN MESILLA IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the department of environment

twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) to loop the system with the old system of the town's water system and to make other related improvements to the Calle de Oeste area in Mesilla in Dona Ana county.
