FOR PLANNING, DESIGNING AND CONSTRUCTING A RAPE CRISIS CENTER IN

ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for Bernalillo county to plan, design and construct a rape crisis center in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
