FOR A REAUTHORIZATION TO CHANGE THE PURPOSE OF A SEVERANCE TAX BOND

APPROPRIATION TO MAKE IMPROVEMENTS AT THE CLYDE TOMBAUGH SPACE

THEATER AND PLANETARIUM IN ALAMOGORDO IN OTERO COUNTY.

The proceeds from the sale of severance tax bonds appropriated to the office of cultural affairs pursuant to Subsection C of Section 4 of Chapter 7 of Laws 1998 for re-roofing the Clyde Tombaugh space theater and planetarium at the space center in Alamogordo in Otero county shall not be expended for the original purpose but are reauthorized and appropriated for improvements to the facility, equipment or exhibits of the space center. The period of time in which the appropriation may be expended is extended through fiscal year 2006.
